a tough one...vampire search

the former Travolta/Buccarelli vamopire was flown on the airshow circuit in the 50's...does anyone have photo's of it(or a decent colour profile)?

I believe that bird had a crash in New York and remains there today...(not sure where)

That Vamp was one of the RCAF's F.3s, a large number of which were sold in the USA through Crown Assets. At the time of its accident in New York it belonged to the Thomson/Rubin collection of Markham, Ontario, but was operating alongside the vintage-jet group out of Batavia NY. Its remains have been stored at Markham for a number of years now. It would be interesting to see a photo of it in its earliest civilian guise...
