Nice pics, thanks. I see his Albatross too, also with it's own authentic period engine as I recall. Kermit had some hand in providing his own original WWI engines for reverse engineering precise reproduction engines by others for projects in New Zealand. I'm recalling this but I'm fuzzy on the details other than it involved film director Peter Jackson's own collection, but I'm not sure how it worked for both of them.

If my memory is correct Kermit traded Peter Jackson his original Sopwith Strutter for the Snipe and the Albatross to be built by TVAL using original engines that were provided by Kermit.
