WHY? To put a turboprop in it. Probably a Walter...or an Allison 250.
Don't worry...people don't modify aircraft for just style...there is a reason for it. Remember, the FAA has to sign off on it.
It's not like some guy grafting a new nose on a 51 Studebaker.
