I love the B-58! One of the prettiest airplanes in my opinion. My grandfather's next older brother, flew B-58s and was offered command of a B-58 Bomber Wing, but turned down command.

In the Spring of 1960 I was assigned to the 319thFIS @ Bunker Hill AFB. Base was SAC, 305th Bomb Wing flying B-47's. They "upgraded" to B-58's, and they were something to see. (Especially night take-off's). :spit :drinkers:
