You missed one of the best shows ever, that's what.
Seriously, we started off with unexpected damp weather early in the morning which caused much concern, but it quickly burned off and became a fine day. We got more fly-in guests than ever -- if not a record then at least right on up there. And for the third event in a row several vintage car clubs made PFM an event of their own, which certainly meets with approval from one and all. Looks like herds of Model T's and assorted other old timey cars, classic cars, and cool street rods are going to be part of future events as they seem to enjoy it as much as the rest of us. Had a good turnout of reenactor/living historian types who set up a vintage camp with displays of period gear and light weapons. Even had a helicopter join in too, a lovely Bell 47, and yes, I hitched a ride in it -- a very nice way to go! The Canuck and Dr.I both lept skyward. It was a great show with a big attendance, everything worked, and nothing broke.
If I can get someone to provide some pics I'll post 'em, I was kept far too busy to even think about my camera.
