The second photo looks like the BF 109 V31 which was a test of the radiator bath and wider track main gear for the Me 309.

The first photo with the V-tail is Bf 109F-4 (Werk-Nr. 14003, VJ+WC) which tested this tail design but found no advantages.

You will find a lot of 109 projects here:

http://www.messerschmitt-bf109.de/

click on "Projekte" or choose English, "projects". You can select several different projects and prototypes there, not everything is translated into English. Few pics or drawings though.
