How good is your aircraft recognition?

OK.. On Mikaels, Preserved Axis Aircraft site is a picture of Bf109 F-4 8461 ex II/JG 27.. In tha back of the picture are:

some wreckage and a rear fusleage..

Any guesses on what they are from?

Is that the one that was to be rebuilt as a Me 109 with a DB engine?? ID unknown to me at present.. But I am sure it has been reported in a quality classic aircraft magazine from NZ

Correct, it was featured in my 109/Buchon Survivors series. It is Ha1112 MIL C.4K-121 c/n 178 ex 1941 Historic Aircraft Group. I believe the intention is to convert it to DB power at some stage.

The tubular-frame and centersection against the wall look like T-6 Texan.

the rear fuselage in the background, and the tube section are from a T-6, the only 109 part in the picture is the tail in the foreground.
