Thanks for the links. The museum has put together quite a collection of aircraft. I wonder if they have plans to acquire any others.

There was an earlier thread here slating the museum for turning a veteran of the Aleutian campaign to a 23rd FG lookalike.

I've also seen comments that this is largely a new-build full-scale replica incorporating a few original parts..not sure which is correct.

Most of their aircraft are. The Spitfire apparently uses quite a bit of steel sheet for skinning, and the Bf109 is of somewhat dubious provenance.

I got a series of good photos on both when they were on the ground for the 109's addition a few years back. From what I understand, both were rebuilt from various parts. Photos here:
