Hi, who's good at genealogy (well better than me) . I'm not bad having been able to find most of those pilots I start out looking for. Drawn a blank on one even though married 5 times. Heard he had two children - boys. Have all the marriage certificates from one area and approximate age of children, possible first name and profession. Just need a helping hand to hopefully find the children.

He was a Lt Cdr in the US Navy

Will also help the NMNA on one of their projects.

regards

Mark

I have been researching my family for many years, connecting over 29K family members and even published a book on my family.
Here are a few locations I use on the net to look up family.
Obituary as it usually has date of birth/year and parents listed
http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ can put in names of person or parents if some one has posted it
https://familysearch.org/search has the census and some military records
Google the family name for site where you can post a question about the person
These sources are basically for families prior to the 1940's due to privacy rules

If you have any questions, drop me a note and I will try to help you.

Hi Stearman

Will pm you a bit later. I've done a lot and am in contact with the family of the final wife but not the children of the 3/4 wife! :)

regards

Mark
