I think it's the Brewster SBA Prototype. I seem to remember that Brewster didn't actually produce many of the aircraft and the NAF built a small number as SBN's. Not too successful, but the Buffalo lineage is evident.

I'm not so sure about the location, so I'd only be guessing if I said the Brewster plant on Long Island.

Hi,

Initially, I would have thought Vultee, Vought or Consolidated. But after I took a look at the gear legs....you nailed it with something Brewster would have done...they remind me of Buffalo gear.
