Does anyone know if the Star Of America had re-created it's 70th anniv. of it's 1st flight on April 17.
The National Airline History Museum has no mention that it happened and they were hoping it to
happen on April 17. Their facebook mentions nothing. An aircraft flies when it's ready, as always.

They were not able to complete the trip. The Connie still needs some work/inspections to get here airworthy. They are focusing all resources on getting the DC-3 up and running this year. Then the Connie will be the following as soon as the DC-3 is done.
