It says "new-build" along the left side of the page.

Sounds like the last 262 at KPAE is sold now:

Where will it go?

I actually was thinking of the completed single-seater that I used to see around there. Looks like it might be that one listed as "available" on the Air Assets link you posted.

There are actually eight "true-blue" Me.262s, plus three others that have at least a claim to being original. Besides the four American examples mentioned above (the NMNA example being originally a two-seat trainer) there are Me.262s at:

5. Deutsches Museum
6. South Africa (only original two-seat night fighter configuration, Me.262B)
7. RAF Hendon
8. Australian War Memorial.

most of the above are essentially original and stored indoors for most of their histories, with the NMNA example (which was previously at Willow Grove, PA) being outdoors through most of its history and probably has a lot of reproduced and non-original parts.

In addition, there is a Me.262 at the Luftwaffe Museum in Germany that incorporates some original parts (most particularly, a nose) and two Avia S-92 that are likely post-war constructions - one single, one two-seat - at the Prague Aviation Museum.

Where will it go?

Germany, I believe

The other one went to Evergreen as a static.

Substantial sections of a sixth new-build replica went to Germany and I believe are now incorporated into the one referred to above as partially original.

Actually, I believe the ex willow grove one is the most complete example in the world as it is unrestored. That is unless I'm confusing it as the one used as the template aircraft for the five new build 262's that were made in Seattle.

The Willow Grove 262B was the template for the reproduction aircraft, with part of the deal being that it would be restored in the process. Restoration was needed as the aircraft was extensively corroded; It would actually be interesting to learn how much of the metal on the present aircraft is still original. I would guess it to be the least original of the eight aircraft listed above, as all the others were for the most part stored indoors and not scavenged for souvenirs as parade-ground aircraft tend to be.

There is a youtube video showing the arrival of this aircraft at NMNA:
