Hello.
My uncle, Jacob C. Sweigart was one of those killed in this crash.
A niece (his grand-niece) has a treasure-trove of information on Jake, and his brother Glenn, who was KIA during
Operation Market Garden in Holland 2 months prior. For whatever reason, she will not let people see what is there.
Unfortunately, my uncle's records, and those of Glenn were among those destroyed by fire. So I have very little to go on.
Have seen pictures of the plane, and a picture of Jake and some of his crewmates enjoying what appears to be a holiday meal.
But beyond that...

Ironically, Jake's last name is misspelled.
This lists 11 crewmembers.
