F-4 Phantom II Open Cockpit At the Palm Springs Air Museum.
Tomorrow from 1 – 3 PM, visitorswill have the opportunity to sit behind the controls of the F-4 Phantom II as the Palm Springs Air Museum hosts its traditional “Open Cockpit” event.

Wish more places would do this. I recall sitting in the B-52 nose section at the old SAC museum with a handfull of throttle and my other hand on the yoke for a bit when a young kid yelled up the ladder to me "you done yet??" Sadly I was not, but I turned over the seat...
