The East Troy airport had it's annual open house this past Sunday. There were a few warbirds on display. Hopefully the photos work, first time posting pics.

Thanks. :)
The weather was great. The morning started a bit foggy so the annual hot air baloon festival morning takeoff was moved from Waterford to Burlington airport so I got to visit 2 airports before 10AM (lucky me! :D .
The WI CAF wing came with their SNJ and PT-26 as well. According to Sam from Tabair, the P-51 was there for some maintenance work. It is new to the area (I believe he said IL.). Hopefully it'll be flying over soon. I was really hoping to see the corsair they are restoring but Sam said it wasn't setup to roll over the rougher surface of the ramp.

Until I saw the nice photo you got of "My Sweet Shari," I was going to say you were wasting film on the P-51 and missing the important airplane.

Sam Taber owns the L-5 and the L-4. For those who don't know him, Sam Taber (of Tabair) is a real great guy. He used to work for Kermit Weeks, does his own thing now, and is a very helpful L-5 expert. Just don't get him started on Monty Python quotes or he won't stop....

I got to see the Corsair in December- it is a very interesting airplane.
