Looks like quite an opportunity for someone! Sounds inexpensive for any flying airplane.

This PQ-14 is in flying condition and an excellent example of an early Al Mooney wartime design. Aircraft logs start 9/1997 with a time in service since 1997 of 111.5 hours. Empty Wt. is 1244 lbs with a useful load of 576 lbs. Engine is a Franklin O-300-11 with 111.5 Hrs since installation. Total time on Eng and airframe are unknown. Big question would be when was the last annual inspection? When was the last flight? 111.5 hours over 17 years is a lot of sitting, and sitting gets really expensive.
