Too cheap PQ-14 for sale?

Looks like quite an opportunity for someone! Sounds inexpensive for any flying airplane.

CULVER PQ-14 *FLYING WARBIRD* • $10,500 • FOR SALE • The Port Townsend Aero Museum is selling this Culver PQ-14 aircraft. This PQ-14 is in flying condition and an excellent example of an early Al Mooney wartime design. Aircraft logs start 9/1997 with a time in service since 1997 of 111.5 hours. Empty Wt. is 1244 lbs with a useful load of 576 lbs. Engine is a Franklin O-300-11 with 111.5 Hrs since installation. Total time on Eng and airframe are unknown. Big question would be when was the last annual inspection? When was the last flight? 111.5 hours over 17 years is a lot of sitting, and sitting gets really expensive.

Which my wife is keenly aware of. She gets a picture text of quite a few of them quite often.
