I need a set of stencils cut for the T-41B and do not want to use vinyl masks. We will use vinyl for the star and bar etc but not for the 1/4 and 1/2 inch stencils. I could not find the information from the last L-19 I did ten years ago. and would appreciate a reference to someone who can do a good job for us.
Thanks

I did some a while back for a fellow here at WIX working on a T-6 restoration. I cut them with a laser cutter and thus am not limited to specific sizes. I am, however, somewhat limited in overall size so it may be a matter of puzzling stencils together if they are large. If Jeff can't do what you need I would be more than happy to discuss it.

Thanks Jeff, I just emailed the Tech Manual pages that show the stencils that I need in 1/2 and 1 inch. I have taken care of the 1/4 inch interior stencils. There is one other stencil that I need two of that is not listed in the tech manual and it is for the door release. Attached is a photo of that 1/2 inch stencil, these are on the lower kick panels immediately in front of the door posts and are sprayed on the vinyl panels.
Thanks Again,
Steve

I might need 3" or 4" stencils. Font to match USAF, late Vietnam. Museum project ... info to follow in a separate thread.

Rick Larsen does a great job, you normally just need to tell him what you're looking for. I've used him in the past and he always does top-knotch stuff:

Hi Ken,
No problem with 3"-4" letters and I can custom make them to match whatever documentation you provide. The only issue would be my schedule which is very heavy at the moment. If you don't need them in a huge rush I would be happy to have a look. Shoot me an email at
cwveich@cwvmodels.com if you would like to discuss the details.

I am very pleased with the stencils Jeff did for me. They are clean and crisp, have never seen better,
