Its time for my annual post regarding ongoing restorations, what current projects can we look forward to being finished in 2015?

Off the top of my head:

B-29 "Doc"
Chris Kirchner P-40N in Florida (maybe?)
MAM Bf109
CWH Avenger

I'm also wondering how close some of these other restorations are:

CAF PBY in Minnesota
Midwest Aero- any P-51s under rebuild? Bf109 progress?
Fagen Fighters- Working on anything?
Collings Foundation TF-51

The UC-78 that Jack Kosko and his crew are working on may see the skies in the latter part of 2015. Once they get past the wiring process, they should be able to pick up some momentum to get the plane completed as the rest of the work is fairly straightforward. If it doesn't fly in 2015, it will be a shoe-in for the 2016 list.

How about the Collings Foundation Hellcat? Any chance of that one flying in 2015 or is it going to be further down the road?

Collings TF, not the Hellcat, that's slated for 2016.

Bear Cat G-58 Gulf Hawk 4th? Now that the Hintons & Fighter Rebuilders are done with Jim S.' Tiger Cat , any chance the Orange Bear-kitty will claw the sky again? Sure hope so!

Air Heritage's C-47, "Luck of the Irish" should be finished up with its external restoration and flying sometime in 2015, hopefully by late spring/early summer.

Not much left on it other than painting it (which is going to have to wait until spring when weather warms up), re-installing the completed controls and sending out both props for their corrosion AD inspection (which will be done right before we are ready to fly as they are time limited items).

There is also a possibility that our T-34B Mentor could be finished in late 2015, as it recently had a crew chief change and work is back underway and is going at a fairly consistent and rapid rate.
