I'm looking for any MK IV autopilot control fittings for some repro Bombay panels, I am especially looking for the following "any condition"-

CONTROL COCK 6H/301.
STEERING LEVER 6H/603.
SPEED LEVER 6H/602.
ATTITUDE CONTROL 6H/356.
