MAAM World War II Days Aircraft Roster

Thu Mar 02, 2006 6:58 pm

The Mid Atlantic Air Museum updated their website to show the latest roster for WWII Days in June. As I believe was mentioned in earlier threads, the CWH Lancaster, B-29 "Fifi", LB-30 "Diamond Lil" and the Russell Group Battle of Britain Group (Spit, Hurri & Emil) are among the featured birds. Here is a link to the current roster. Alot of the Northeast/Mid Atlantic planes are scheduled to attend.

Noticed the CAF is offering rides in the B-29. $1500 foward seats /$1250 aft seats. (time to start working more overtime to buy myself a birthday present!)

Does this mean that FIFI will not be a static display all weekend?

I'm starting my "Anti-Rain" dance now!

Possibly if enough people sign up for a ride aboard Fifi.
