Hello all.
I am working on updating and correcting the ww2color.com web site and have run into an issue. I have a picture of an aircraft that for the life of me I cannot identify. Any help from ya'll would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

The aircraft in the foreground appear to be Fleetwings YPQ-12A target drones, a small number of which were produced about 1942 (I don't have exact dates).

Speaking of target drones and B-17s. . . Falcon missile (see arrow) targets QB-17.

True to her legendary reputation, the QB-17 flies on, apparently undeterred - at least for a while. Date of test is 18 July 1956 but as of now serial number identity of the aircraft and its precise fate is undetermined.
