Ive got this idtag, but can this be linked to a specific airframe? It's from an RF-84F canopy:

AIRPLANE MOD. RF84F
DWG. OR PART NO. 37f18100-5A
CONTR. NO. F33-600-22315-55
SER. NO. TCB 5180
DATA ACCEPTED 10 18 55

Hard to make out from the photo of the plate, but perhaps the contract number should be "22315" instead of 2215? This would place it in the serial block 53-7521 to 7697.

Yup, 22315, sorry :)
It came from a Belgian source, so that should narrow it down to one of these:
FR-31 53-7644
FR-32 53-7646
FR-33 53-7658
FR-34 53-7677
Thanks!

Unlikely to be traceable, since parts like this can be manufactured/procured as spares, and not necessarily directly linked to a manufacturing block of aircraft.
