There is Lim 5 - 1912 , serial number 1C 1912, manufactured in 1960. It was supplied to 40 PLM at Swidwin, Poland ( PLM - Fighter attack regiment) together with 1906 which is Lim 5R. The last Lim 5 was produced in Poland in 30.06.1960 , and it was Lim 5 1914, so 1912 it is almost the youngest Lim 5. Later 1906 was converted into reconnaissance version - it has camera mount under the fuselage (belly under fuselage). From 477 Lim 5 built only 36 were converted into Lim 5R version. R means reconnaissance.
Could You tell where those pictures were taken ? I am very curious about that because I work on web page about Lim 5 / Mig 17 history in Poland and I try to collect information about Lim5 / Mig17 which survived till today.
I saw on 1912 fuselage antena (just below canopy , and above guns) which I am not able to recognize - does it mean that this plane might have to fly in USA.
