What are the dates for the Heritage Conference 2015 this year a Davis-Monthan AFB? Thanks for any info.

Heritage Flight Training and Certification Course

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. – The Heritage Flight Training and Certification Course will take place here, Feb 26 through March 1. During the four-day course, civilian pilots of historic military aircraft and Air Force pilots of current fighter aircraft will practice flying in formation together.

Heritage flights raise public awareness of the Air Force mission and commemorate its history. The historic aircraft flying in this year’s training will include the P-51 Mustang, the P-40 Warhawk, the P-38 Lightning, P-47 Thunderbolt and the F-86 Sabre. Air Combat Command’s aircraft include the F-22 Raptor and the F-16 Fighting Falcon.

Media are invited to cover the event during a Media Day Feb. 27th. If you are interested in covering the event please RSVP to the 355th Fighter Wing Public Affairs office at 228-3407 by 4:00 p.m. on Feb 26.

The P-38 is the Friedkin airplane, "Thoughts of Midnight". Nice to see it out and about.
