The second to last photo, showing three Lancasters flying together, are the aircraft that were used for the making of the 1955 movie "The Dam Busters".

That last photo is an Avro Lincoln...but here is a Lancaster with the same number of props feathered (it was covered on the Key forum a while back http://forum.keypublishing.com/showthread.php?132177).

The B-17 Sallie B (485784) is shown both with and without the ball and chin turrets. Anyone know which is the latest configuration and if this plane is still around?
