So according to the registry where was it from 1945 till 1973 when the park got it? :?

Thank you very much for sharing this information. My grandfather actually flew this plane in Guam and I have been trying to find more information about it.

I just looked up Google earth and saw where it was.
I saw this plane when I was probably about 10 or so. I clearly recall there being tanks scattered around the grounds of the museum, but it looks like they were all moved close to the B-29.
Also, there was a small veterans museum inside the big building the nose of the 29 is pointed towards. Is that still in there?
