AF box lunches were always good with a lot of goodies compared to a Navy box lunch which were pretty bland
I'll never know as we had to exit the bird really fast to be able to take apart the pallet loads we'd built, sop we left them in our seats.
The Army doesn't have box lunches, we had MREs and that was it.

The Travis AFB Heritage Center Museum is suppose to get the old C-5 "A" simulator in the near future. Come visit the museum and then you can log more time in it.

P.S. We have beat Westover ARB in Ma for the number of C-5s plus others
22-aircraft "freedom launch" took place at Travis AFB, Calif., Sept. 11, 2013. Seven C-17 Globemaster IIIs, 11 KC-10 Extenders and four C-5B Galaxies from the 60th Air Mobility Wing launched consecutively over 36 minutes to take part in Air Mobility Command missions. The first plane in the lineup, a C-17, launched at 8:46 a.m., the same time terrorists crashed American Airlines Flight 11 into the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City 12 years earlier. I have about an hour of sim time down at the Kelly AFB sims. Pretty cool plane. Was told I couldn't actually log it even though I was with an instructor though since the sims aren't FAA certified.
