All the talk about modifying planes.....seen this last night. It's the old Tanker 121....N2871G....a former USCG airframe. Not sure what the deal is now with the outboard starboard engine. They're Oct 2013 pics.

For years , an A-26 Invader was stored in an industrial park in the town of Grand Junction. Has it been restored, or still sitting out in the elements?

Around 2005 or so I was visiting my brother who lives there and seen it sitting in the yard still mostly intact if I remember right. The engines may have been off as there where two sitting on a flatbed trailer but they may have been spares. I will try and find those pix for ya. I'm sure its not moved since then!
Will try and get my brother to get me current pix of her. (Don't hold your breath! )
Here's a link I found!:

Thanks for the replies regarding the lib. What a shame it just sits there year after year.

Steve - Many thanks for the pictures proving the existence of the Invader in Grand Junction. Will be sadly interesting to see how much it has deteriorated if your brother gets some present-day pictures of it.
