This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

Could posters please give a real topic when starting a post?
We currently have threads "Question" and "A Question".
I'm not picking on those posters, but could we try to make the thread titles a
bit more descriptive?
Include a subject (the way we were taught in English class).

That way, we won't have obscure thread titles that are unsearchable in the future, and readers and members can see if they have any interest/expertise in the matter before clicking on the thread.

Being one of the "offenders" here, I gotta say I didn't do too good in English class.
It is kind of hard to see how I would have summarised my question in a thread title without making a very long title.
Point taken, though.

Could have used something like "Warbirds at Reno" or "Warbirds in racing colors". The photos are a very interesting look at earlier days at Reno when the P-51's still looked like P-51's. It is a thread that I would not even have bothered to open (I do not bother with threads that I do not have a personal interest in), if it had not been for this thread. The title does not have to be super descriptive, just something that is going to make people want to open it.

"Where to post Reno warbird photos?" would have gotten the job done. When I see a thread title "Look at this!" or "Your ideas?" or "What to do?" I move right on, nothin' to see (or waste time on) here...

That thread is retitled. Thanks...

While we're at it, can we also refrain from posts with meaningless titles...AND when you open a thread, there is just a link to another site.
No topic or title (is it about some stuff I already know or don't care about?) and no real way of knowing how safe it is to open.
I'm not going to waste my time on something that vague.
Come on guys, I hate to sound like your teachers, but try and make this forum a bit more useful.
