I am going to build a F6F-5 Hellcat in the colors of a family friend who was lost in May 1945 off the USS Randolph.

I would like to know what is the best kit manufacture to use. It will be in 1/48. I want the best qualilty kit there is....

Friend of mine reckons the Otaki kit (re-released by Airfix) wasn't bad - I've got the Hasegawa kit (unmade) which looks OK.
