F-4E Phantom ferries to/from Australia in 1970-73

I am trying to contact any USAF aircrew who were involved in ferrying the 24 F-4Es to Australia in 1970 and their return to the USAF in 1972/3. My objective is to compile a complete listing of aircraft and crews for the ferries in both directions. Any leads much appreciated.

Thanks for the link MM but it doesn't answer my question.

I'm trying to contact USAF crews who flew the F-4Es to/from Australia in 70/73. I've tracked down most of the RAAF crews.
