Preserved Tupolev Tu-95/142?

Mon Dec 14, 2015 12:56 pm

Does anybody know if there are any Tupolev Tu-95/142s preserved in any museum or displayed anywhere? I can seem to find reference to any preserved aircraft which seems odd.

The Ukraine State Aviation Museum http://aviamuseum.com.ua/en has a Tu142M3 on display.
A lot of them are still in service (Russia is using them in Syria, India operates a small fleet) and many others were destroyed in accordance with the various START treaties

The Russian museum at Monino, near Moscow, has a Tu-95, and a Tu-114 Cleat- the airliner version.

Would like to see one someday....
