I think, although I stand to be corrected, that the aircraft is a Fiat G46B.

I believe it the one owned by a Dr. on Long Island. I also think it is based at Republic Field. Was the photo taken at an earlier Reading show? Say about 1993-94?

Sadly, survivors always end up in Ersatz Italian fighter colours.
This one suffers from a bizarre variation on the proper tail colours. It's rather like seeing a US Star n' bar with an 18 point star...
