Just noted this on Barnstormers. I seem to remember that HarvardIV's name was Chris Miller. Strange that he'd want a data plate and paperwork for his project if it is him. Anyone got any ideas why someone would want/need to do this?

Whoever he is, he’s going to put the data plate on a jack and restore it to flying condition.
