the weather channel has a video on the NJ T2V wreck

I was checking the weather when I noticed a video on the weather channel site on the NJ T2V wreck site. Neat! I called the local town a year ago about the wreck, and the wreck is a local landmark. People regularly visit the wreck, and it even brings in tourists!

FWIW....me thinks the pic and video are two different airframes (wrecks). The vid shows the wings on.....the pic wings off. One in a field, one in the deep woods.

You're right! I did some more digging and I think I've IDed it correctly this time:

T2V-1 (T-1A) Seastar b/n 142540
*BTG-9 as "2F-xxx".
*1960-62: NARTU New York, NY as "7R-540".
*7/15/1962: Written off.
