I stood under it last year during the show, and watched birds fly in and out of it...

The MAAM website is VERY old. Many parts of the site have not been updated since the sites conception. The Neptune ad has been on there for years and obviously they never updated the info.
I talked personally with the pilot two years ago. They did not get enough bookings for the Neptune to keep its flight operations, so it was grounded. Last time it flew was 1995 I think.
