4 Dec 1960, VA-122, North Island.
Nov 1962, O&R Quonset Point.
Redesignated A-1H, Nov 1962.
3 Mar 1963, VA-165, Moffett Field.
23 Aug 1965, NAS Alameda.
22 Sep 1965, FR (O&R) Quonset Point.
7 Jan 1966, VA-176, Jacksonville.
