Chris,

I am not sure that the pics on Google Earth are ever that current. I would guess that they are simply file photos. The Mig 23s are parked on the west side of the field at Dolphin Aviation. Last Wednesday when I flew in and out, (park at the air carrier ramp to the south of that ramp) they were parked in front of a hanger on the north side of the ramp. If you look at the airport, there are two runways. On the north west side of the two runways is Dolphin. If you look at the hanger closest to the north south runway (actually 14-32) that is on the north side of the ramp facing the 14-32, they were parked up close to it. Completely viewable from any taxiing aircraft, but not viewable from the parking lot of Dolphin. Would require an escort to get close to them.
