More Photos From My Collection.................

Sat Apr 15, 2006 6:54 pm

It's pouring rain and windy so I'm hiding out in the house today. So I'd thought I'd share some more photos from my collection.
Bombers this time from the ETO & MTO. I loaned out some reference books so you'll have to figure out some of the groups yourself.

Amazing stuff Jack. Thanks for sharing the wealth with us all. How about a collectors book of you collection? hmmmmm? You could probably do a series. Even better, a Power Point presentation by theater or aircraft class, etc. Bet if you had a website and sold the PP "book" you could pick up a couple bucks.

Easy for me to say. At any rate, thanks again.

Great shots!
2 questions.
1) Where do you get your photos?

Thanks much for the positive comments.
Anyone who would like to download and use
these for their own enjoyment is of course
welcome to do so. Where do they come from???
National Archives (go there and search!! don't write
them and expect anything), from vets or their families
whole graciously entrusted loaning albums to me to copy,
vets and families who given me extras or willed me their
military memoriabilia (quite a few have), estate sales,
garage sales, antique stores, antique /collectors flea markets,
ebay ect ect ect. when I have some time this weekend I'll post
a couple ebay/flea market finds. Some of you know me on
ebay where I sell reprints and a few extra originals. Just so
you know I only sell reprints of images I own, are in the
public domain or with the originals owners permission.

Very nice, high resolution!
I like B-25's too!
Last year I had the pleasure of flying with the only airworthy one here in The Netherlands.
