Mike,
Would you be able to add a location (or airfield) to the list?
I'm always looking for a side trip while traveling on business.
(Viewing warbirds constitutes a great side trip.) ;-)

Thanks,

Hi all. New guy here. Just wanted to add to the list. Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN has 2 DHC-1 Chipmunks, WB750 & WK635. WK 635 is currently in pieces, and WB750 is a flyer. -Todd

And don't forget the junkman south of Grissom! I never knew how many warbirds were in Indiana untill I was gone! Warbird guy you weren't in the navy were you. Does valpo have a private airport out there?

No, I was not in the navy and yes, Valparaiso does have a municipal airport and that is where the Indiana Aviation Museum (James Read) is based. At Porter County alone there are 10 warbirds! 8)
