I think she's sitting with struts fully extended. At "normal" height she'd look a little different.

PZL.37 Łoś is represented by this build. It is an initiative of the workers of Mielec factory, where the Moose was originally built. Using the skills of the crew (with a lot of their spare time involved) and the potential of air factory (Sikorsky) it was possible to present the 1:1 scale visualisation of this legendary here in Poland craft.

It is not strictly replica with many simplifications and differences. Also with strong controversies among aviation enthusiasts following the project, as it happens with such cases. You will find it inside Mielec factory site, not in Kraków Museum.

It looks really great. Too bad it can't be displayed indoors where it will stay nice longer. No doubt the paint will lose it's luster sitting outside and will get dust on it. A few guesses on the super long landing gear. 1) In real life the struts would be compressed when there is weight on them. 2) For propellor clearance as the prototype had two bladed props (totally a guess) 3) Required clearance for the bomb cart to load bombs internally. 4) Designed for rough off-field operations and provides more clearance from brush and weeds. (Tailwheel design suggests otherwise.)
