It's just that when I first saw it at Reilly moons ago, it seemed to be more than under way to be a flyer. I.E. Lots of $$$ & time was already spent on it.

My understanding, is that the issue came down to a number of items, with one rather large item stuck in the middle......Liability. Since this was basically a new build spar.... all involved, albeit owner(s) or manufacturer, would be in the food chain.......... Whether this was real or not, we all know the insurance/liability has wreaked havoc in our industry.
