Found out, just by following the airplane noise, that the WHS had an open house today, and tomorrow.
Since I was not prepared (Bad Boy Scout, bad!!) I did not have my camera with me today, but . . . wait until tomorrow!! : )

The Spitfire, I was told, came all the way from Colorado, and will be present at the LSFM's open house next weekend.
I also got to see some of the very old CAF people from back when: Cols. Rod Shook, Bill and Debbie Gierman, Ray and Bernadean Jones, and Dieter Klein.
