Off Topic, :)

Just received some pictures of my younger cousin from Iraq, Joe Irrthum.

Wanted to share these as he is technically our 5th generation soldier in our family.

We have had WWI, WWII, Vietnam, Gulf War (myself) and now Iraqi Freedom with Joe.

We have a long history in my family of serving this great nation and we are proud of Joe!

Cheers everyone and thanks for letting me share this off topic discussion!

I salute your family!

Thanks for the nod, we all just did what we thought was right, just like many out here at the WIX. Either a vet or not, keeping the historical value of information and flying examples of warbirds.

My hat goes off to all those who help keep the history alive and well.

There are lots of prayers going out to all those serving in harms way. They are always remembered by my Church and included in that is your Cousin and all other serving. Every time I hear of a loss I grieve to some extent, but I'm very proud of those in the front lines now. The torch has been passed and they are carrying it with honor. I pray that he make it back safely and soon!
