Dave O' Malley just posted on the VWoC Facebook page. After thousands and thousands of rivets and just as many hours, today, March 15, 2017, aircraft engineer and Vintage Wings legend Ken Wood drilled the final rivet hole and bucked his last Spitfire rivet on TE 294. Today, other than her cosmetic paint, this bird is done.

Congratulations on a fantastic milestone.
I was lucky enough to check out Kens work while the wings were still in the jig.
First class for sure.
looking forward to seeing her fully painted.
