Spent the afternoon with Bob Swaddling at Sky Harbour checking out Michael Potter's new paint job on his Mustang MK IV in Canadian 442 colours. The Mustang will look great in formation with the Spitfire in their new colours. Sky Harbour did another great job and I look forward to seeing this new Canadian Stang on the ramp this summer.

That will sure look great next to all the spits and hurries at our show, I can't wait (as long as it's not that soon

) we still need a little more time to get all set.

Soooooo cool.....
I do miss the one in Ottawa since they put it in storage.
Just out of curiosity....is there another one out there in RCAF colors. Flying or static ?

N63476 is in post war "City of Winnipeg" RCAF markings
N151KM was painted in 424 Squ. RCAF markings
N251BP carries maple leafs but it doesn't have an accurate RCAF scheme

Thanks for posting these Dave! It looks like Bob is having a great time with his work.
Mr. Potter expects 9575 will be coming home in a week or so.
