reading a subject you don't like IS a self-inflicted wound

Unfortunately we're not all blessed with the gift of seeing into the future. For us mere mortals it's not until you read the inane bits of a worthy post that you know you've wasted your time. But often once you wade through the inane bits, a thread will get back onto a more interesting track. But again, without the gift of second sight, most of us don't really know where a thread is going so it's always a potential waste of time. I shall be OK though so don't fret too much.

In the meantime if you have any suggestions for developing my psychic abilities then they would be gratefully received.

I appreciate all the positive thoughts and good feelings from everyone. When a person spends so much time working on a project in their life, it stays with them for a lifetime. I remember looking for a dome cover for two years and finally finding it. Or the time I search for five years for a manual. This is all part of it. The joy and frustration on restoring a warbird. Not everyone shares this level of passion and detail. Maybe a little too much sometimes. Either way the end goal is the same,fly it.

That being said, is really like to get it back and into the new shop I will have in the next month or so. A good word with the CAF is Culpepper would sure be appreciated.

Says it all. The reason we restore vintage aircraft in the first place. I need to feel that again and get my 6 in the air.
