Excellent photos, thanks!
That B-23 tail position sure looks cramped.

Excellent photos. If I might ask what type of camera and lense did you use. Also I assume a photo stick for the elevated shots.

B-18 and B-23...neat.
Is that the 23 that the U of W used in the 80s for re-entry research?
And I love the C-124.

Nice, thanks for posting!
Any photos up into the weapons bay on the F-106?

Love your photos, thanks

Love seeing the B-18 and B-23 together! I notice the effort was made to re-create the early flat-top cowlings on the Bolo.
(Just don't get me started on the fonts they used for the tail codes...

Thank you!
We used a Panasonic DMC-G85 (also sold as the Panasonic G80, G81 and G8, depending on the market) with the Panasonic 7-14mm lens (35mm equivalent 14-28mm).
Yes, we use a tall monopod for the high angle shots - I am usually the one holding the monopod over my head while Lorén composes the images on her iPad. We utilize the built-in WiFi capability of the Panasonic camera to network with the iPad and remotely control the camera on the iPad via the Panasonic Image Capture app. It's a terrific system with great flexibility and image quality. The camera and lens combination are much lighter than comparable DSLRs - which helps to make overhead shooting much easier.

Sorry sandiego89, no photos of the weapons bay itself.

Great pictures. Mind if I snag some for the registry?

Excellent photos the slight change in perspective by using the monopod makes a huge difference. Perhaps the best part is having your wife help taking the photos. You two make quite a team.

Beautiful pictures of beautiful airplanes! I especially like the way they've got custom concrete pads around every airplane. Never seen anything like that before!

Old Shaky looks like she's ready to go.

Now they just need a C-133 (cough-Chanute-cough).

Hi Scott,
Yes, go ahead and use the McChord images you need for the registry and thanks for asking!
PM me if you'd prefer images sans watermark.
Cheers,
PH
