Any thoughts on what Corsair this is?

That's the one Airpower Unlimited restored for the Museum of Flight, recovered from Lake Washington in 1983 (when that photo was taken). As I recall, the aircraft had ditched in 1950. According to John Lane, the aircraft could have been made to/flown again, but The Museum was not interested in having it flying.

Does anyone know who located that airframe under water?

I cant recall the name of the company that did the recovery but there use to be a website all about lake washingtons sunken planes and the guys who found and recovered a few planes...theres a pb4y sitting in that lake too if my memory serves me correctly...do some goodle searchn...

Be nice to find a few more down there in that condition. Of course we are nearly 35 years on since that one was recovered!

the corsairs that crashed into Sabago lake in the north east would be a great save, I think thats how its spelled...

It might have been Underwater Admiralty Services, tho there is a bit of a web page left it doesn't seem as extensive as it used to be. Something may have changed, there is a page with a lot of the same photos but no sidescans using the same company logo but as Underwater Admiralty Sciences....And it's Lake Sebago
