Messages - Issue(s) with PM ?

Sorry to bother with this.

Has sent a PM to another member 5 days ago but still in the outbox folder. Any issue with messages recently or did I do something wrong.

Ah yes, none of my mailboxes are even close to full.

"Outbox" means that it hasn't been seen by the recipient yet.
When they log in and get the notification, it will move to your "Sent" listing

Exactly right. It's a weird system but it's what we have for now.
